Good morning.  It’s a gorgous morning out here at Pensacola Beach. The air temperature is 57 degrees and the wind is blowing out of the West at 5-7 mph causing for a bump on the surface of the water.  The surf is running ankle to maybe even a shin high on sets. The waves are breaking in really shallow water though so it would be hard to surf on anything.  The surf isn’t expected to build today. Looks like our best chance of surf is probably going to be around Tuesday.  We may have something really small on Sunday and Monday.  Low tide today was at 6:51 am and high tide is at 7:39 pm. Have a great Thursday. We will give you another updated report at midday.

Good afternoon! We have winds coming out of the SE at 5-7 mph causing for some texture on the Gulf of Mexico, however there is no surf. There are little, ankle snappers breaking on the sandbars but nothing to surf or SUP on today. The air temperature is 63 degrees on the beach. It is so nice outside that it’s a shame to be indoors! We will have a surf report for you tomorrow morning at sunrise! Thanks for checking us!

Good afternoon! It is beautiful out here on Pensacola Beach.  The surf is flat, but the water is just gorgeous.  The models have changed for future surf.  Instead of it coming up on Friday, the models are now showing surf coming up on Monday.  Heck I am hoping for both…but if wishes were wings pigs would fly on them.  We will have a surf report for you at sunrise tomorrow!  Have a great day and thank you for checking our report!

Good morning. It’s a beautiful morning out here at Pensacola Beach this morning. The air temperature is 47 degrees and unfortunately the surf is basically flat. There are some really small ankle snappers breaking but you couldn’t ride them on anything. The wind is blowing out of the NNE at 8-10 mph causing for semi glassy conditions. Not expecting the surf to build today. The forecast has changed. It’s showing surf next Monday now. Hopefully its wrong. Low tide is at 6:11 am and high tide is at 7:33 pm. Have a great Tuesday and we will give you another report at midday.

Good morning! It is MLK Day and no school! However there’s no surf either.  It is beautiful out here on Pensacola Beach. The winds are coming out of the NW at 7-8 mph causing for glassy offshore conditions. The surf for this report is flat. There are ankle high somethings peeling over shallow sandbars but that is all you are getting today. Looks like our next chance for surf is Thursday, but we will keep our eyes on the Gulf for you! High tide is at 6:44 this evening. Have a great Monday.

The wind is blowing out of the North at 4-6 mph causing for glassy conditions. The air temperature is 51 degrees.  Low tide was at 4:49am and high tide is at 5:57pm. Looks like a great morning to take out a SUP (stand up paddleboard). Looks like it will be flat for the rest of the day. Next chance at surf looks to be around Thursday. Have a great Sunday and we will give another report at midday.

Good morning. We have some surf. It’s running thigh to hip high with waist high sets. The some is blowing out of the ENE at 6-8 mph causing for some bump on the surface.  Looked at the Pier and 18th. The Pier was a faster wave and 18th was more mushy. Both look ok.  Surf should be up all day.  Low tide was at 3:40 am and high tide is at 3:53 pm.  Have a great Saturday and go surf.

The wind is blowing out of the North at 10-12mph causing for glassy conditions.  High tide is at 3:22 this afternoon.  Looks like we have some more surf coming our way tomorrow. Check out our forecast more info.  Not expecting the surf to build today. Have an awesome Friday and we will update the report again at midday.

Good afternoon! I am trying to de-thaw my fingers and toes after taking pictures for the surf report today. The winds are brutal. They are blasting out of the NNW at 18-19 mph and gusting up to 23-24. It would gust so hard that it would make you stumble if you were standing still.  On the water it wasn’t so bad. It was the surf conveyor belt or better yet the surf treadmill, but when you would catch one of those rights coming through, it was worth it. The size is dropping though.  Sets that were coming through at solid waist to rib+ high are mostly coming in at just waist. The bigger sets are getting fewer but they are still out here to be ridden. We should have surf until dark. I would wear a hood if you have it, but booties are only if you want them. The water temp is still comfortable in a full suit alone.
